Small business owners are using this time to find new and creative ways to reach out to their customers. Online webinars, meetings via webcams and curbside pick-up and delivery have allowed businesses to continue in a more limited capacity while still meeting the needs of their customers.

As everyone slowly begins to return to a new normal, business owners can use the new tools they created during the pandemic to continue to reach out to customers and in the process potentially gain a new customer base as well. The resources that were considered necessary during the pandemic can now be used as a secondary avenue to either highlight an area of the business or meet the needs of customers in a new way.

Businesses should be utilizing online marketing such as email campaigns now more than ever before.

Even when the country is back to moving about as it once had, many people may not be comfortable being out among the public, so keeping online options available will increase customer base and allow for more flexibility.

Currently, consumers may be hesitant to plan or spend long-term however companies whose businesses may depend on them should not despair.
